This is mandatory for all coaches. Upload a clear copy of your Hisparadise Institute of Coaching Certificate. This must be current and valid. Without this certificate, your application cannot be processed.

Additional Coaching Certifications

Copies of any other coaching certifications from ICF, EMCC, AC, or other recognized coaching bodies. Multiple certifications strengthen your application but are not required.

Yes, absolutely. The Hisparadise Institute of Coaching Certificate is mandatory for all coaches on our platform. This ensures all our coaches are trained in our proven methodology, understand our professional standards, and can deliver consistent, high-quality coaching to clients. If you don't have it yet, you can enroll at Hisparadise Institute. The program takes 4-8 weeks and covers everything you need to succeed on our platform.
How long does the application process take?
The entire process typically takes 5-7 business days. Application submission takes 10-15 minutes, document verification takes 2-3 days, and profile setup/onboarding takes about 1-2 days. We'll keep you updated at every step.
What other coaching certifications do you accept?
In addition to the required Hisparadise Institute Certificate, we value certifications from ICF (International Coaching Federation), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), AC (Association for Coaching), and other recognized coaching bodies. These additional certifications strengthen your profile but are not mandatory.
How much can I earn as a coach?
You set your own hourly rate between ₦10,000 and ₦40,000. You keep 60% of your rate (we charge 40% to cover platform costs). Top coaches conducting 40 sessions per month earn ₦400,000 - ₦800,000 monthly.
Do I need to have my own liability insurance?
Professional liability insurance is required to coach on our platform. If you don't have it, we can connect you with insurance providers who offer affordable coverage specifically for coaches. This protects both you and your clients.
Can I coach part-time?
Absolutely! Many of our coaches work part-time or have other commitments. You have complete control over your schedule and availability. Set the hours that work for you, whether it's 5 hours a week or 40+.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly every Monday for the previous week's completed sessions. You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account at any time. All payments are secure, tracked, and include detailed earning reports.
What support do you provide to coaches?
We provide comprehensive support including: platform training, technical support, client matching assistance, marketing and promotion, professional development resources, a coach community forum, and 24/7 emergency support. You're never alone on this journey.
Can I coach internationally?
Yes! Our platform supports coaches and clients worldwide. You can work with clients from any country, and all sessions are conducted online. Currency conversions and time zone management are handled automatically.
