We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile money payments. All payments are processed securely through our platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. To reschedule, simply go to your dashboard and select a new time slot.
