1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hisparadise Therapy, a division of Hisparadise Therapy. By creating an account, accessing, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), whether or not you become a registered user of our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Hisparadise Therapy website and all associated services.
• "Services" refers to coaching sessions, packages, and related offerings provided through the Platform.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
• "Coach" refers to independent professionals providing coaching services through our Platform.
• "Client" refers to users who book and receive coaching services.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Hisparadise Therapy and Hisparadise Therapy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Exit from your account at the end of each session
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate, with or without notice.

5. Services Description

5.1 Coaching Services

Hisparadise Therapy provides a platform connecting clients with professional coaches for relationship coaching, life coaching, and personal development services. Our services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Coaching packages and bundles
• Gift coaching packages
• Group coaching sessions (when available)

5.2 Nature of Services

6. Booking and Payment Terms

6.1 Booking Sessions

When you book a coaching session, you enter into an agreement with both Hisparadise Therapy and the individual coach. All bookings are subject to coach availability and confirmation.

6.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be received before the scheduled session
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, card payments, and online payment platforms
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but booked sessions will honor the price at time of booking

6.3 Platform Fees

Hisparadise Therapy charges a platform fee for facilitating connections between clients and coaches. This fee is included in the session price displayed to clients.

6.4 Packages and Gift Cards

• Coaching packages must be used within their validity period (typically 6-12 months)
• Gift packages are non-refundable once purchased
• Package sessions cannot be transferred between coaches without approval
• Unused package sessions may expire according to package terms

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Client Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit for future session
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or credit
• Less than 12 hours: No refund, session fee forfeited
• No-show: Full session fee charged, no refund

7.2 Coach Cancellations

If a coach cancels a session for any reason, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7.3 Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, we may offer exceptions to our cancellation policy at our discretion.

7.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

8. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or coaches
• Share or distribute inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform to arrange direct payments with coaches
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Platform

9. Terms for Coaches

9.1 Coach Verification

All coaches must undergo our verification process, which includes credential verification and background checks. Coaches agree to:

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Maintain valid certifications and licenses as required
• Adhere to professional coaching standards and ethics
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

9.2 Coach Responsibilities

• Honor all confirmed bookings or provide adequate notice of cancellations
• Maintain client confidentiality (subject to legal exceptions)
• Provide services within scope of coaching (not therapy or medical advice)
• Keep availability calendar updated
• Respond to client messages within 24-48 hours

9.3 Coach Payments

Coaches will receive their earnings minus platform fees according to the payment schedule outlined in their coach agreement. Payments are typically processed within 7-14 days after session completion.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Hisparadise Therapy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 User Content

By posting or submitting content to the Platform (reviews, comments, profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

10.3 Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Coaches are required to maintain confidentiality of session content, except where:

• Required by law or court order
• There is an imminent risk of harm to self or others
• You provide written consent for disclosure

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

12.1 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hisparadise Therapy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12.3 Coach Independence

Coaches on our Platform are independent contractors, not employees of Hisparadise Therapy. We provide a platform for connection but do not control or supervise coaching sessions. We are not liable for the actions, advice, or services provided by coaches.

12.4 Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hisparadise Therapy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform or Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you post or submit

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delta State, Nigeria.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hisparadise Therapy regarding your use of the Platform.
