Getting started is easy! Simply create a free account, browse our coaches, and book a session with the coach that best fits your needs. You can read reviews, check credentials, and view availability before booking. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

Booking & Sessions

After creating your account, browse our coach directory and select a coach that matches your needs. View their available time slots and select a convenient time. You can choose between virtual or in-person sessions. Complete the payment, and you'll receive instant confirmation with session details.

Standard coaching sessions are typically 45-60 minutes. Some coaches offer extended sessions or intensive programs. The exact duration will be clearly indicated when you book, and you can discuss session length preferences with your coach.

We offer both! You can choose virtual sessions via secure video call or in-person sessions at our office in Asaba. Virtual sessions are convenient and available from anywhere, while in-person sessions offer face-to-face interaction. Many clients use a combination of both.

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. To reschedule, simply log into your account and select a new time slot from your coach's availability.

Yes, you can absolutely switch coaches at any time. Finding the right fit is important for successful coaching. Simply browse our coaches and book with someone new. There's no penalty for switching, and we encourage you to find a coach you feel comfortable with.

This varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients achieve their objectives in 3-5 sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. There's no required minimum or long-term commitment. Your coach will work with you to create a personalized plan that fits your situation.

Some coaches offer message support between sessions for an additional fee. However, if you're experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. Our platform is for non-emergency coaching support. Contact your coach to discuss ongoing support options.

Payment, Wallet & Pricing

Pricing varies by coach based on their experience and specialization. Session rates typically range from ₦5,000 to ₦25,000 per session. Each coach's rate is clearly displayed on their profile. Many coaches offer package deals for multiple sessions at a discounted rate.

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile money payments. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for refunds, though exceptions may be made for emergencies. If you're unsatisfied with your first session, please contact us to discuss options.

Yes! Many coaches offer package deals for multiple sessions at discounted rates. These packages can save you 10-20% compared to individual session pricing. Check your coach's profile or ask them about available packages during your first session.

Currently, we do not directly bill insurance companies. However, you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance provider depending on your policy. We can provide receipts and documentation to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Your Wallet is a convenient feature that allows you to pre-load funds into your account. Instead of paying for each session individually, you can top up your wallet and use those funds for bookings, products, and other services. It's faster, easier, and you can track your spending in one place.

Go to your Dashboard and click on "Wallet" in the menu. Click the "Top Up Wallet" button, enter the amount you want to add (minimum ₦1,000), and complete the payment using bank transfer or card. Funds are added to your wallet instantly after payment confirmation.

Yes, your wallet balance is completely safe and secure. All transactions are encrypted and monitored. Wallet funds are non-refundable but can be used for any service on our platform including sessions, products, gifts, and donations. If you need to withdraw funds, contact our support team with a valid reason.

Platform Features

Yes! Our Gift Coaching feature allows you to purchase coaching sessions as gifts for friends, family, or loved ones. Choose from 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month packages, add a personal message, and schedule delivery for immediate or future dates. The recipient receives a beautiful gift notification with instructions to redeem their sessions.

You can choose to deliver the gift immediately or schedule it for a specific date (like a birthday or anniversary). We'll send a beautiful email notification to the recipient at the time you choose, containing your personal message and instructions on how to redeem their coaching sessions.

We offer a variety of self-help resources including e-books, workbooks, audio guides, and video courses on topics like relationship building, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and personal development. These complement your coaching sessions and can be used for self-paced learning.

After purchasing a digital product, you'll receive an email with secure download links. You can also access all your purchased products from your Dashboard under "My Products." Digital products can be downloaded up to 5 times, so make sure to save them to your device.

Yes! We ship physical books and materials within Nigeria. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days for major cities and 7-14 days for remote areas. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! We accept donations to support individuals who cannot afford coaching services. Your donations help us provide subsidized or free sessions to those in need. All donations are tax-deductible, and you'll receive a receipt for your records. You can donate any amount from ₦500 upwards.

Yes! Once your donation is approved by our admin team, you'll receive an official donation receipt via email with a unique receipt number. This receipt can be used for tax purposes. You can also download your receipt from your Dashboard at any time.

Yes! We encourage you to leave honest reviews after your sessions. Reviews help other clients choose the right coach and help coaches improve their services. Go to "My Sessions" in your dashboard, find the completed session, and click "Leave Review." You can rate from 1-5 stars and write detailed feedback.

Reviews are public and displayed on the coach's profile to help other clients make informed decisions. Your name and rating are visible, but you can choose to keep specific personal details private. All reviews are moderated to ensure they're respectful and constructive.

We love hearing success stories! You can submit a detailed testimonial through our contact form or email us directly. With your permission, we may feature your story (with or without your name) on our website to inspire others. All testimonials are voluntary and you maintain full control over what's shared.

For Coaches

Click "Register as Coach" and complete the application form. You'll need to provide your credentials, certifications, experience, and professional bio. Upload required documents including certificates, ID, and proof of qualifications. Our admin team reviews all applications within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you can start setting up your profile and availability.

You need a recognized coaching certification (ICF, BCC, or equivalent), counseling degree, or psychology qualification. We also accept licensed therapists and experienced coaches with documented client success stories. Minimum 2 years of coaching experience is preferred. All certifications must be current and verifiable.

Coaches set their own session rates. The platform takes a 40% commission, and you keep 60% of each session fee. For example, if you charge ₦10,000 per session, you earn ₦6,000. You can adjust your rates anytime, and higher ratings often allow for premium pricing. Top coaches on our platform earn ₦200,000+ monthly.

Go to your Coach Dashboard and click "Request Withdrawal." Enter the amount you want to withdraw and your bank details. Minimum withdrawal is ₦5,000. Once you submit, our admin reviews and processes your request within 1-3 business days. Funds are transferred directly to your bank account.

Use your Coach Dashboard calendar to set your available time slots. You can block specific dates, set recurring availability, or mark yourself unavailable during holidays. Clients can only book during your available times. Update your calendar anytime, but try to maintain consistent availability for better client retention.

Upload a professional photo, write a compelling bio highlighting your unique approach and specializations, list all certifications, and showcase client success stories (with permission). Update your profile regularly, maintain high ratings, respond promptly to bookings, and collect positive reviews. Coaches with complete, professional profiles get 3x more bookings.

We provide onboarding training, platform tutorials, marketing resources, and ongoing technical support. Access our Coach Resource Center for session templates, best practices, and professional development materials. Join our monthly coach community calls for networking and skill-building. Our support team is available via email and chat.

Technical & Account

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of our website. Provide your name, email, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account. Once verified, you can start browsing coaches and booking sessions immediately.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Virtual sessions are conducted via secure video call through our platform. You'll receive a session link in your booking confirmation email. Simply click the link at your appointment time to join. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone. No special software installation is required.

Currently, our platform is web-based and fully responsive, meaning it works perfectly on mobile browsers. Simply visit our website from your phone or tablet. We're working on dedicated iOS and Android apps that will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they launch!

We take security very seriously. All data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is processed through secure payment gateways.
