Understanding the grieving process and learning healthy coping strategies for navigating loss.
Grief is the natural response to loss—death, relationships, jobs, health, or dreams. It's a normal, though painful, human experience.
Denial: "This can't be happening." Anger: "Why me?" Bargaining: "If only..." Depression: Deep sadness. Acceptance: Coming to terms. Note: Grief isn't linear—you may move between stages.
Emotional: Sadness, anger, guilt, numbness, relief. Physical: Fatigue, sleep/appetite changes, aches. Cognitive: Confusion, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness. Behavioral: Withdrawal, crying, restlessness, searching.
